Progression is a very interesting thing.
The Lord has been doing many things in my heart and mind while I’ve been here in Hungary, a huge one being making me a people person, which I can’t say that I’m grateful for all the time. I sometimes feel as though life would be much better if I didn’t talk to anyone, which is the introvert in me talking, but I’ve slowly been becoming a curious person when it comes to people and their stories and understanding the testimonies of those around me. The value in knowing someone, truly knowing them, is pretty decently large.

A Vision For Life Alumni
I’ve been reaping the benefits of obedience to the Lord and understanding better that when you follow God, everything else follows afterward. It makes it much easier not to worry when the many things in life that come up aren’t as important to me as the Lord is.
The leadership that I’ve been learning while being an intern here at the Bible College has been a type of leadership that is learned by being a servant. I’ve served in practical things probably more than I ever have before and it’s been very stretching. Sometimes I simply don’t want to serve and it becomes difficult to be Christ-like in the midst of that type of mindset. And, thus, I’m learning to swallow my pride, take a nap when I’m tired, and move on. I don’t care what they say, naps are definitely of the Lord.
The Lord has also been growing my desire to use music as a tool for discipleship and evangelism. The Lord has stirred up vision to really invest time and effort into this gift, and I’m curious to see what the fruit of it will be, given time. I want to please the Lord with it most of all and it’s just fantastic that it’s something that I love to do. The Lord is very gracious to stir up gifts in us that are things that we actually like. It would be pretty lame to have a gift that you didn’t like using.
The first of hopefully many projects, is out on iTunes, Spotify, CD Baby and many other Music platforms. Here’s an easy way to get to the music on your smartphone if you have Spotify:
All you have to do is open the Spotify app, go to the search window and at the top right corner you’ll find a camera icon. Open that up, scan the code below and it’ll take you right to the music. To get notifications when new music will be coming out and to stay in the loop, you can become a follower of Catch the Keeper on Spotify as well.

If you want to see mini updates, random anecdotes and cool videos through the music process, follow me on instagram, or like my facebook page @catchthekeeper.
Hopefully it won’t be too long before I publish a post specifically about the heart behind and the heart that’s in this project; why I wrote it, what went into it, some of the people behind making it happen and so forth.
Much more than anything, I’m becoming more aware of how much I need the grace of God. The grace of God is the expression of His love, in which is the fulfillment of my desire and my purpose. I’m coming to realize that this is something that the Lord loves to see me realize. I’m seeing a little more through experience, that He wants me to know that I can’t help myself. I need His love to actually experience peace and to be fulfilled. It’s a very sweet thing as He shows me more of Himself through this process.
What a fun relationship, this relationship with God. I tell ya.
